President and Founder of the Council
Mr.Suman Kumar is the President and Founder. Mr.Kumar also serves as the Executive Vice President (Corporate affairs) & Company Secretary of SMC Group. He is fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) & law graduate from University of Delhi. He has more than 17 years of experience in the industry & is associated with SMC Group for more than 13 years & with his devotion and dedication he has developed a culture of excellence among the Corporate Affairs & legal team comprising of approx 30 Members including 9 Company Secretaries & 4 in-house counsels including other professionals & has built the department since 2005 in the SMC Group for more than 13 Years. He believes in giving back to the society. With his devotion and dedication Unmukt Udaan Education Council has touched more than 1000 students lives in such a short span of time, since inception.
Managing Director and Founder
Mrs.Kamna is the Managing Director and Founder of the Council. She holds Master in Psychology and Post Graduate Diploma in Criminology. She is also a Law Graduate. She brings an impeccable Knowledge and zeal to the table. She has been actively involved with initiatives taken by Unmukt Udaan Education Council. Embracing Motherhood, community and working towards the upliftment of the Children's education, has given her new mission in life.
Under her guidance and after the successful execution of first project, the foundation is now working towards the implementation of its other projects.

He is a Law graduate from Delhi University and Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and currently working as Assistant Vice-President with SMC Group one of the leading Brokerage Houses of India (Member of NSE, BSE, NSE F&O, BSE F&O, NCDEX, MCX, MCX-SX and DGCX). Mr. Kumar having vast experience of more than 17 years in the area of Secretarial and Legal Matters and is regularly appearing before the High Court’s/District Court’s
Co-founder and Director
Mr.Jha is Law graduate from Delhi University and Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and currently working as Senior Associates with Corporate Professionals Advisors and Advocates. Mr. Jha is a Member of Bar Council of Delhi and is regularly appearing before the National Company Law Tribunal, High Courts and different Ministries in different kinds of corporate matters.
A qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and company secreatary and law graduate. He is seasoned professional with treasury of 15 plus years of core working experience in tax, legal and secretarial practice domain. He has helped Compaines to develop process and controls to mitigate level risk and be Pro-compliant.He has been critically tracking shifting of complex tax paradigms (including GST, BEPS, Customs Treaties and International Tax) to help clients avoid tax and legal risk. Mr. Sahay has provided extensive training and lectures at various professional forums as well.

He is member of institute of company secretaries of india (ICSI) & a law Graduate from University of meerut and has 7 years experience in the field of legal, corporate compliances and taxation matters. Mr Kumar is working with Minda Industries Limited, an automobile manufacturing Company and listed in NSE and BSE. Mr. Kumar is also the founding member of Proficient Professional LLP. He is also a Visiting Faculty of different private institution and sharing the knowledge of Corporate Restructuring and Securities Law.

Mr. Kumar is a B.A.Hons and Law graduate. After completion of education he joined his family businesss of Agricultural Trading. Thereafter, He started his own practice as Lawyer and have more than 10 years of experience in the field of legal. Currently he is serving as Manager in Corporate Affairs & legal in SMC Group.
